Dianne Orillosa is the Chief Executive Officer/Owner of the Keller Williams Ortigas franchise, and co-owner of 27C Realty, a real estate brokerage company specializing in luxury resale and rental properties in Metro Manila through its website, kellerwilliamsortigas.com. She is a Professional Regulatory Commision (PRC) Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB), PRC Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (REA), International REALTOR®, Certified International Property Specialist Graduate (CIPS), and a Licensed Financial Advisor and Mutual Funds Representative. She worked as an in-house property specialist in a leading real estate development firm, and at the same time, as an advisor in a life insurance company before pursuing real estate brokerage full-time. She is currently pursuing her third license in real estate as a Consultant. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree Major in Management, Minor in International Business at the Ateneo de Manila University in 2013 at the age of 19.She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and was a member of then Philippine Real Estate Service Practitioners, Inc. (PhilRES). Currently, she is also a member of the Ateneo Alumni Association (AAA), the Edsa Shrine’s pioneer Liturgical Bible Study family, and is undergoing training at the Christ’s Commission Fellowship’s Global Leadership Center. Interestingly, her passion for singing and dancing landed her some television exposures. She was featured in the Korean Broadcasting System network, in Net25 and ABS-CBN.It is her advocacy to create Certified Millionaires through real estate investing and selling.She aims to continue catechesis, as she has done in Balara Elementary School, and to spread God’s love to the marginalized through service and donations. It is also her goal to raise awareness on psoriasis and mental health, causes that are close to her heart.
