In addition to creating a welcome ministry and recruiting volunteers, I work with the communications team on social media, marketing outreach strategies and metrics. This downtown city ministry has 3,100 members and is growing.

As the Development Manager for Partners in Housing (a non-Catholic ministry of the Diocese helping single moms with kids transition to self-sufficiency) I managed the trifecta of marketing, fundraising and volunteer management. I expanded the resources of PIH with our donor relations program, created and maintained website, social media and newsletter content and organized fundraising and outreach activities. From Oct. 2012 - May 2015 I was the Development Coordinator assisting with the annual Returning God's Gifts Bishop Appeal ($2.3 million annual) and the planned giving program (The Catholic Legacy Society). Responsibilities included gift and intention processing, acknowledgement and reporting as well as stewardship and event planning. Our team confirmed $11 million in planned gifts and successfully hosted two legacy thank you luncheons for 150 donors representing ten counties in Colorado.
