I have worked many years in the health and fitness industry. Opening up my own Health Shop in 1982 in Portland, vic then moving to Melbourne, vic and persuing numerous alternative health methods and working experiences. I have a lot of experience with Nutrition and detoxing. My aim is to be of service to people by helping them to become fitter and healthier in body mind and spirit.Specialties: Nutrition, pain relief and detoxing. Skin issues.
