· Monitoring, ensures that every agent is on point· Assists agents with their bookings· Conducts training to newly hired agents· Do follow up calls and emails to existing clients to ensure good relationship with them

· Handling outbound calls (minimum of 200 calls per shift)· Lead Generation· Transferring of good leads/calls

· Helps students learn English Grammar, pronunciation and conversational skills· Uses a variety of tools including TPR and other educational materials to engage more with the students· Conducts classes through a specialized app that caters our Chinese clients· Prepares lesson memos right after each class· Ensures that every lesson was delivered in a timely manner
