Dianne Anderson Valentin is a consultant with over twenty years experience assisting small businesses and nonprofit organizations with their business needs. Dianne has an excellent understanding of the social, economic, and political situations facing members of the communities in which she serves.As a Senior Negotiated Commitment Analyst she was responsible for the analysis of negotiated contracts between the FNMA and lenders to insure integrity of the commitment and that contracts fell within the parameters for that product.Dianne has engaged in assignments with local, national, and international affiliations in areas such as project planning, logistics, project management, leadership training, marketing, business planning and development, strategic planning, conference planning and production, fundraising, organizing, proposal writing, and grant writing. As a political scientist educated in the area of international affairs and national defense, Dianne has advocated for grassroots and progressive issues in DC. She has had issues related articles published in a major news outlet.Dianne works in national, regional, and community nonprofit organizations on the grassroots and executive levels, providing strategic advice, technical assistance, program development, community outreach, community organizing, working with local, state, and federal governmental agencies on issues that affect local and regional communities.In addition to these endeavors, Dianne is the founder and CEO of the Black Heritage Museum & Cultural Center, Inc.While working for a gov't. contractor her team managed the assets of 26 financial institutions, ranging from $25 million to $10 billion in assets, researched and resolved federal agency investigations, Congressional Inquiry, and FOIA requests received directly from Congress related to those managed institutions, developed and initiated uniform training procedures for the handling of client issues.
