Responsibilities include frontline customer delivery for designated electricity utility industry clients. Taking inbound/outbound calls, verifying customer account information, persuading customers to enrollment and schedule appointments. Assisting with temperature control. Managing the 48/hour reminder for scheduled appointment by Honeywell Smart Grid Solutions service personnel. Additional responsibility included running mail for the center, running reports such as dailey metrics. Ordering supplies for the center. Also, assisted with the after hours emergency calls.
