- Planning, designing, creating, and delivering internal and external communications withinthe HR department, as well as for other school needs;- Making graphical products that visually support the company brand and communicate informationthrough digital and traditional materials;- Planning and supporting HR events and activities;- Supporting HR Careers website page (including connected systems and data bases);- Creating recruiting compaings and working with various platforms: Search Associates, Schrole, Tes, TheInternational Educator and etc;- Participating in the onboarding process for the newcoming teachers;- Implementing HR software such as Taleo and OrangeHRM;- Working with confidential personal information.

- Planning, creating and delivering communications on behalf of the school to current and potentialparents (including visuals and marketing materials);- Arranging school tours for potential parents, administrating entry assessments;- Organising the admission process, closely working with teachers, other specialists, and the Head ofSchool; inclusion into decision-making process;- Creating educational contracts, discussing, and negotiating the terms and conditions with parents,controling payments;- Supporting the school’s workflow related to students’ files, attendance certificates, possible absences and sick leaves, answering calls and emails.

- Organising various offline business events from the early stage of client’s request up to finalising thebudget;- Overseeing every event in person;- Working with different brands, businesses and projects.

- Organising education modules (logistics, administrative work, coordinating beverage suppliers);- Communicating with participants, translators, teachers, and business partners;- Supporting teachers with preparation for the educational modules, ordering the necessary supplies and educational materials including books, processing related documents;- Assisting with the organisation of exams and graduation.

- Liaising with tour agencies, supporting the process of accommodation for tour groups from initialrequest to check out, including communications between clients and hotel’s departments;- Coordinating events, conferences, business meetings, dinners and banquets.

- Organising events, conferences, banquets, and accommodation of business groups for up to 1500 participants;- Working alongside clients during events by being present and coordinating all of the necessary hotel departments to ensure the success of these events.
