I collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to develop competency models, conduct training needs analysis, design and deliver technical training, and facilitate change management processes. I have successfully led and supported multiple projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS system, the development of a leadership development program, and the launch of an employee engagement survey.I have a strong background in management, having graduated from Universitas Lampung in 2016. I also have extensive skills and experience in using HR information systems, such as HRIS and SAP HR, to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and optimize workflows. I am passionate about learning and development, and I constantly seek new opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills.
