As resident director of this six month intensive classical training course, I am involved in all aspects of the planning and running of the programme. I undertake pastoral responsibility for up to 60 undergrad and postgrad actors and designers from Rutgers University in New Jersey. The students come to live in London and train at Shakespeare's Globe for their classical acting and British theatre design training respectively. The role is extremely varied, including timetabling, payroll, student pastoral support, planning and executing weekly field trips and theatre visits, show support and managing a substantial budget for the period.Reporting to Barbara Marchant, Vice Chair of Theatre Dept. at Rugters and Director of Rutgers Conservatory at Shakespeare's Globe

The Berridge Conservatory (formally Acting Abroad) is a summer acting conservatory run annually in Normandy, France. Each summer we bring young actors from all over the world together with to live at the Chateau le Mont Epinguet for an intense month of studying Voice, Movement, Shakespeare, On Camera Acting, Contemporary Scene Study, Musical Theatre, Directing and Writing.

Facilitating workshops with many schools, from primary to secondary school students based on Shakespeare's text, ultimately culminating in performances inprofessional theatres throughout London and the southeast.

Teaching drama to junior members aged 10 - 15 years in a weekly class.

Working as a telephone researcher, interviewing respondents through both German and English for a number of projects. Clients came from a range of sectors including; pharmaceuticals, local government, logistics. tourism and advertising. Respondents ranged from medical practitioners to industrial workers to holiday makers.
