- Business Relationship Manager for EMEAC, LATAM and JPAC sites.- Accountable for all IT platforms and services in the Regions - Ensure close and effective collaboration with Global IT teams or with Third Party vendors to ensure IT service delivery to the regions- Develop business partnership and leverage Information Technology to provide technology solutions in the aforementioned domains that enable, sustain and extend Galderma strategy- Oversee all project related activities in the regions- Monitor maintenance and support activities for the regions (SLA-KPIs)- Lead the IT Regional team; 30 IT staff to manage and to develop- Oversee and control budget and procurement in the regions

Within the framework of the Global IT missions and objectives, provide leadership, supervise and coordinate local IT activities of all NSH/Galderma sites in scope.Overseeing 6 IT Managers and their teams (30 staff) responsible for end user support, local infrastructure and application management.Act as the central point of contact between the local IT functions of the sites under responsibility and all other global IT teams.
