Led several awesome IT product teams (multiple products with multiple specializations - Dev./QA/Prod. support) through an agile transformation to adopt Scrum and cloud based technologies. Worked on multiple data center migration projects, internal DevOps automation efforts and aligning IT teams to better meet business needs from an operational, security and compliance perspective. Led the migration of over 80 applications to the cloud, using a variety of different methods and technologies.

Led conversion of all IT assets to multiple Azure cloud-based solutions and Office 365.

Manage a group of developers, QA and business analysts working on several healthcare related systems for patients, guarantors, physicians and other healthcare professionals, including a prescriber healthcare system consisting of a web and mobile interface. This system is one of the first applications in the U.S. to properly handle e-prescribing of controlled substances as outlined by the DEA. This system complies with HIPAA and DEA CFR 1311 regulations. Took this project from an initial executive vision to a fully built and functional system that passed multiple regulatory audits. This was one of many different systems that were built and supported.

- Led Team of Developers (mixture of contractors and employees) through the development of multiple applications, both as a team lead and architect, using technologies such as .NET 1.0 through 3.5, TSAPI, C#, C++, Web Services, HTML, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, Windows Services, WCF, Sharepoint, SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, among many other technologies.- Established processes for change management, deployment, source control usage, general development, and support procedures.- Worked as a liaison between several vendors and internal management on mission critical projects.
