Profile bio

About Barbara Diaz

I have always had curiosity in what people in other countries do; curiosity based in how different we are from each other, culturally speaking. Well, I have had the opportunity to relate with people from different cultures, and my conclusion, so far, is that even though we might be divided for different backgrounds, there are factors that unite us as human beings; like the basic thing that needs no language: a smile, and the other important things in life like: sports, music and food.As an international player, I really think that those diversities among us are the ones that bring us together in order to converge our different perspectives to resolve our common problems. In the beginning of my professional career, I have developed multitasking functions that help me address complex challenges and multidisciplinary projects as a result of my international profession; especially, I have developed skills like: - Create open-minded discussions with the purpose of focusing in the solution and not in the problem- Break the ice- Develop doable ideas- Deep analysis of every possible outcome - Review the history and facts in order to develop a successful strategy- Determination- SimplicityI help people to get trough international paths, making use of the tools that the international community allows us to use; especially making use of the international economic law and policy. I am a professional dedicated to international schemes; eager to acquire new knowledge, eager to contribute to teamwork, to put myself out there in order to have incredible experiences and to succeed. And above all, eager to invest time in my career; after all, every expert was once a beginner.

Listed skills include International Trade Law, Wto, International Trade, International Relations, and 31 others.
