IT Project Manager and Scrum Master assigned to Chevron Mid-Continent Business Unit to the Factory Integrated Tools (FIT) Program that enables efficiencies to the Chevron Permian Unconventional Operations and Development through custom integrated solutions. Leading multiple teams of globally distributed software engineers, testers and technical leads to develop solutions for Production Forecasting, Scheduling and Planning Optimization and simultaneous operation detection for unconventional assets. - Deployed PoC for Simultaneous Operations Detection that enabled the Permian Operations and Drill Ready Prepare team to detect conflicts in their drilling and fracking schedules proactively. - Deployed MVP and 15+ releases for a Production Forecasting system for North America Upstream Operations enabling reductions in time, resources required to perform forecast and increase the accuracy of the information.- Deployed an MVP for Upstream Facilities that enabled a real time calculation of utilization and capacity in the Permian region, enabling proactive maintenance and actions to improve operating cost and reduce loss of production opportunity.- Led efforts to define a staffing strategy to incorporate regional support from Buenos Aires and external suppliers to the Permian operations for multiple projects.

Senior Database Administrator for MS SQL Server environments, for Key Financial applications. Responsible of architectural assessments, performance analysis, support, optimization and implementation.- Implemented a custom monitoring tool for all the database environments reducing the 50% the resources to perform the activities.- Led architecture assessment on the database system which resulted in upgrades and changes to the platform to increase performance and reliability.- Led the upgrade to the ERP system used locally which enabled us to reduce the license cost and add new functionality.

- Led a 1-year project for stabilization and optimization of the Payroll system implementation in Mendoza Province Government Office, coordinating technical resources and having to engage with Government officers and multiple functional areas. Leverage Meta LN4 language, SQL Server and T-SQL as main technologies over Windows environments.- Led a 6-month project for Performance Evaluation module development for VISA Argentina including end-to-end development from requirement, alternative analysis, design, development, testing and production deployment. Leveraging Meta4 Framework, SQL Server, T-SQL over Windows environments.- Led the SQL Server database migration and system upgrade project for the Payroll & HR system in Phillip Morris International leading to improved functionalities.

- Led the Implementation Project for Meta4 HR Payroll system in the Nuclear Energy government regulatory office, coordinating technical resources and engagement with stakeholders.- Led the implementation of a customer wifi network via VLANs in 2 Hotels in the Buenos Aires City which reduced time and cost of maintenace for the Hotels.- Led the migration of file server from Novel Systems to Windows Server systems to reduce cost and improvement supportability.
