Following the death of our beloved CEO, Hugh Ilyine, I took over as CEO in October 2020. I am responsible for the management of licensing and commercial agreements and am the executive director of the Destina Genomics Board. I'm also the representative of our parent company in Spain, where we have a wholly owned subsidiary, DESTINA Genomica SL. I have worked to secure several commercial licensing and supply agreements, including partnerships with Mecwins (Spain), Optoi Microelectronics (Italy) and MilliporeSigma (US). Our first product using DESTINA technology is now being offered to MilliporeSigma customers.

I am the inventor of the IP on which DestiNA Genomics reagents and protocols are based. Our mission is to bring to the market PCR-free detection and quantification of nucleic acids with single base resolution.
