My self Dibbyajyoti Chatterjee,having 8 years experience in the field of Quality Control (Mechanical).I am highly organized, outcome-driven and motivated professional with requisite experience in the field of Quality. I am currently employed by Archer Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Client: BHEL), Maharatna Company of India and directly involved in BHEL Quality Dept.In my present role, I am responsible for developing and implementing Quality standard as per quality management plan. It is my responsibility to ensure that all Quality Systems are up-to-date and adhere to by all employees. I conduct daily welder toolbox training and inter departmental Quality Review meeting on weekly and monthly basis. My experience in training has really developed my communication skills, enabling me to communicate at all levels of businessA big part of my job is to conduct inspection of fabricated and erected items as per Field Quality Plan and respective drawing. I have experience in different types of welding (i.e SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW etc.) and Non Destructive Testing like RT, UT, DPT & MPT. I am fully qualified, with an ASNT level-II in RT & UT and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
