I provide support to CEOs, CFOs, Controllers and Treasurers to optimise the structure of their financial functions to improve their contribution to the business.I have gained experience in analyzing and designing management control models, with the related streamlining of processes and new organizational structures dedicated to carrying out administrative and accounting activities.Key Experience• IPO Project: (i) operational support for the drafting of the Memorandum in which the company describes its Management Control System, in all of its components (business model, fundamental dimensions, roles and responsibilities, planning and control model, KPI/KRI reporting, integration between information systems, etc.); (ii) testing activities on the SCG, in order to verify that the Issuer's SCG is the same as that described in the Memorandum• Smart Close Project: operational support for the revision of the closing process in terms of the definition and implementation of new methods of statutory and management closures in order to shorten the time required to prepare the consolidated financial statements and separate financial statements of Group companies, while at the same time increasing the quality and reliability of information for the benefit of Management and Stakeholders' decision-making process• Finance Process Assessment: assessment of the current functioning of the Finance function, with specific focus on the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of transactional processes in the AFC area and identification of areas of potential innovation and growth and any gaps towards best practices• Support to the Planning and Control Team for a global operator in the electricity sector for the creation of an “Actual Standard Report”, with the objective of providing Management with a tool for analyzing Actual figures compared with the FY Budget and Previous Year values

Accountant intern 2017 – 2018• I was liaising with the accounting team in order to support customers, mainly in the (i) drawing up of the financial statement (i.e. account receivables/account payables) and (ii) management control (e.g. KPI’s analysis and budget activities).
