Duties & Responsibilities:• Salary Payment under WPS• Do LC, LBD and TR settlement• Prepare Bill Ageing and stock ageing report• Budget Preparation quarterly• Checking and approval of the details of overtime, sick leave, absentees, vacation leave, pay slips etc.. and submitting the same to Boss for his final approval.• Maintain records of staff health cards, passport, labor card and inform HR about expires and renewals.• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to concerned Department.• Approaching bank officials with GTS (Greet, Thanks and Smile) for arranging loans and other facilities• Response to the customers queries with positive and active manner.• To do department daily order sheet, local purchase order and provide support services to the Administrator..• Do Daily safe check and make sure the accuracy• Reconciliation of Bank, Stock and Boss's Credit Cards

Duties & Responsibilities:• Excel sheet comparison of telephone calls for personal calls identification• Month wise comparison of utility expenses for one year• Calculation of interest amount and claim the dispute amount from international banks• Preparation of skyward miles report and make sure it’s use before the expiry• Bank Reconciliation• Petty Cash Transactions• Payment of utility bills and Boss’s credit cards bills within due date• Checking of insurance policies and AMCs, and make the renewal within the specified period

Duties & Responsibilities:• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements- Receivables and Payables Report, Trial Balance and Income Statement.• Prepare Bill Ageing and stock ageing report• Budget Preparation quarterly• Monthly wise comparison of utility expenses for one year• Entering accounting data in Tally and issuing invoices• Maintaining proper filing system• Prepare and maintain pre-authorize payments monthly or as required.• Providing the materials required to the Branch Office in co-ordination with the Head Office• Salary preparation for the staff.• Reconciliation of manual stock register with system stock• Maintain stock register in Tally• Dealing cash and bank transactions• Checking of tools and company assets quarterly• Do necessary towards collection of pending bills• Collecting suggestions from employees in every month and rewarding the best one• Maintain Branch Accounts• Muster Roll Maintenance• Keeping of necessary files in relation with administration• Reporting of various suggestions from customers to management• Fund arrangement from banks and creditors at required time• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments• Payroll preparations and keeping in Employees files.
