Factory Testing, Commissioning, Servicing of Online Analyzers .

1. Plans ,coordinates and supervise the activities and resources of the on-line analyzer Maintenance team for the day-to-day activities related to maintenance of online analyzers3. Monitors and oversees the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs and activities. Liaises closely with Operators, Technical Services and other Maintenance Units to coordinate major shutdowns and turn-around activities.5. Reviews and discusses maintenance and engineering work progress, performance and related issues with technicians. Ensures systematic and consistent implementation of work methods and procedures used in maintenance and engineering and recommends improvements. Ensure systematic update of SAP/CMMS systems.8. Advices on availability of materials. Spares, consumables including calibration and carrier gases and tools for smooth execution of activities. Coordinates with Procurement and Stores and follows up on stock levels to ensure that stocks are maintained at adequate levels for planned work programs.9. Prepares and reviews various maintenance and performance reports such as Preliminary and Root Cause analysis Reports. Monitors the effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs and recommends changes as required.10. Monitors the quality and performance of on-line analyzer maintenance programs against the agreed analyzer Key Performance indicators (KPI)s and ensures continuous improvement of services.13. Monitors and manages assigned online analyzer maintenance staff performance.15. Prepares reports as per agreed scope of work for on-line analyzer LTSA.16. Manages the work request in relation to priorities, resources, equipment and spare availabilities

Petrokemya Analyzer Replacement Project, Jubail, Saudi ArabiaRoles & Responsibilities:-Management and supervision of construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, site acceptance test and start up of analyzer systems to ensure the activities are driven to completion in a safe and timely manner in accordance with project schedules and conforms to the specifications, engineering drawings, contracts and applicable company regulations.Riyadh Refinery ESD Replacement Project, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Roles & Responsibilities:-To coordinate with technicians and engineers on plant projects that involves instrumentation/electrical processes and components. Involved in Control Console / Cabinet Installation and Power up. Red Mark-up the drawings. Support for DCS/ESD Cutover activities. Co-ordinate the document control functions for the project.Hawiyah Gas Plant ESD/DCS Replacement Project, Hawiyah, Saudi Arabia.Roles & Responsibilities:- To coordinate with technicians and engineers on plant projects that involves instrumentation/electrical processes and components. Involved in Control Console / Cabinet Installation and Power up. Red Mark-up the drawings. Support for DCS/ESD Cutover activities. Co-ordinate the document control functions for the projectexecuted, following up the observance of workplace safety regulations, working in close collaboration with other skilled personnel; mechanical, electrical and operation staff. Required to attend to all "quick calls" for break down as fast as possible especially during emergencies in the Inst dept. Familiar with Yokogawa DCS CENTUM CS1000 and Eurotherm T940

Roles & Responsibilities:- Maintenance, Installation and Calibration of various types of instruments like pressure, flow, temperature transmitters, control valves. Maintenance and calibration of analyzers like pH meters, ORP meters, chlorine sensor. Elaborating daily reports and analysis on the maintenance works executed, following up the observance of workplace safety regulations, working in close collaboration with other skilled personnel; mechanical, electrical and operation staff. Required to attend to all "quick calls" for break down as fast as possible especially during emergencies in the Inst dept. Familiar with Yokogawa DCS CENTUM CS1000 and Eurotherm T940

Roles & Responsibilities:- Calibration and Maintenance of Instruments like Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level Transmitters, and Control Valves. Calibrators used – HART Communicator (Emerson, ABB), Temperature and Pressure Calibrators (Nagman), Deadweight Tester.
