Diogo is an experienced creative lead who has forged a notable path in the industry. His journey started with a playful interest in drawing, design tools, and coding, sparking a passion that led to global recognition. In 2023, he ranked #3 ECD at both The One Club for Creativity’s Global Creative Ranking and The One Show MENA Rankings, as well as #19 in the D&AD Global Rankings. He also played a key role to ‿ and us being named Dubai Lynx Independent Agency of the Year and earning #6 Independent Agency of the Year at both The One Show and D&AD in 2023.After a decade of honing his craft at leading agencies as a Senior Art Director and Associate Creative Director, he founded his own digital production house in 2013. By 2015, he took on a new challenge, leading a Creative Design team specializing in Brand Content, Brand Publishing, E-Sports, and Influencer Marketing.Since returning to agency life in 2017, he has seamlessly integrated his digital and tech expertise into creative projects that have earned recognition from Fast Company, VICE, Ad Age, Adweek, and top award festivals like Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio Awards, LIA, ANDY’s Awards, Effies, and Dubai Lynx.With a global footprint, he currently serves as Executive Creative Director at XELEMENT in Riyadh. He has had the privilege of working with iconic brands such as Kraft Heinz, Burger King, adidas, Deliveroo, Hardee’s, Pizza Hut, Bose, Saudi Tourism Authority, and more.
