I am a startup/innovation ecosystem enabler, passionate about supporting and empowering innovative entrepreneurs who are solving real-world problems.Currently, I work as the Incubation Manager at BRIC-Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD), an institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, where I am involved in establishing and running a full-fledged business incubator from the ground up. Previously, I worked as the Program Manager at Weneurs Forum, the first women-focused incubator cum accelerator in Eastern India, where I helped entrepreneurs launch and scale their ventures. Prior to that, I served as the Chief Technology Officer at RNA Biotech, a biotech startup where I built and managed the company across multiple verticals.I also have experience of working at Mindler, an edtech startup, where I increased the client conversion rate by 20%.My core competencies include hosting events, operations management, innovation management, digital marketing, and business development.
