Right now, Gelora.id is a leading provider of soccer field bookings in Greater Jakarta area and since launch we have helped facilitated more than 8,000 sports activities at 90 sports facilities.

Co founded Teammates Sports a platform for sport enthusiast to find sport activities and find other youth to play sports together. Act as the leader of this community based start-up, establishing strategic relationship with stakeholders, in charge of legal responsibilities and human & capital resource management. Teammates have more than 2500 members, and have organized more than 600 activities since 2016.Teammates is also a recognized member of the Sports & Youth Task Force that represents creative, passionate and innovative young leaders across Asia and the Pacific who use sport as a tool for positive social change in their communities.UNESCO supports the Task Force by providing opportunities for the members to promote and enhance their work by connecting with each other and with regional and global opportunities for growth and capacity building.All programmes represented by the Task Force are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Responsible for the recruitment of sales & support staffs, which includes receiving applicants, arranging interviews and psychological tests. Processing up to 100 applicants per month. Main jobs consist of exploring new sourcing channels and engaging with third party for sourcing purposes. Other responsibilities covers managing recruitment database and in charge of executing the on campus recruitment channel. Works closely with 4 other team members and actively conducted recruitment activities on a daily basis with a target of 60 new hires each month.

Selected as the VP of HR in Satoe Indonesia, a nonprofit organization aims to empower small villages in Indonesia. Responsible of mentoring a group of 20 subordinates, was in charge to implement a new recruiting policy, arrange trainings & development activities for members of the organization and local people of the villages who maintains 2 smart houses (rumah pintar), and up to more than 3 small businesses.
