I work as an Account Manager in the service space for Haystek Technologies which is focused on Technology and Staffing based services. I believe, that to understand the customer one needs to think like a customer and not the producer/service provider. With the leverage of being a keen listener, I have proven efficiency in delivering consistently.Having started my career in the food and beverage industry, I feel very much connected to the consumer end. It gives me a sense of fulfillment and joy to be a part of the service industry. * I have an overall experience of 3 years of being in the working community as a Management executive in 5-star chain hotels, and as a Customer Success Manager, setting about 30+ client accounts at a given point of time.* I am skilled in interacting with potential customers, giving them the prospects and the bigger picture, and instilling confidence in taking a leap to a deal.* I believe in, "Customer Satisfaction = Customer retention" - which implies a perfect customer satisfaction score, which has made me more determined to work in the service sector.* Outside of work, I am a food enthusiast and run a small-scale home baking/cooking that promotes healthy food habits, and plant-based nutrition.
