I’m constantly looking for ways to drive my leadership team to think outside the box and come up with new and creative solutions for our customers which include travel suppliers and advisors.Since I joined CCRA in 2006 we have developed award-winning programs, booking engines, and the PowerSolutions events series, including our PowerSolutions National Conference. Our programs and conferences are geared towards helping professional travel advisors elevate their business and connecting them with the world’s leading suppliers. I enjoy maintaining a healthy work environment for my employees, whether it is keeping everyone in the loop on the behind-the-scenes happenings, or giving someone the time they need to speak with me, I’m always available. We are a tightknit group and it’s one of the greatest pleasures I have leading CCRA.
