At Professional Development Associates (PDA) we focus on the people side of business. We started with providing standard two day workshops in Leadership, Coaching, Supervision, Negotiating and Influencing Skills for companies like GE Financial, Delta Air Lines, Lutron Electronics, MassMutual, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, AT&T, Cornell University's School of Industrial Relations, and Detroit Department of Water and Sewerage, etc. In the last few years we've expanded our offerings to be more staff development oriented. While we still do training, it is now incorporated into a broader approach that includes one-on-one coaching and assessment. The 'once and done' approach that defines standard training only goes so far. Many people are grateful for the opportunity to talk to someone individually.
