After selling WMOP Radio station, I spent three years returning to my roots in the field of general real estate; I focused on the primary facets of the real estate industry, which included brokerage, management, and personal real estate investing; through acquisition, I assembled a portfolio of small, multi-unit residential buildings, which I have since parlayed into larger, more commercial related holdings; these experiences have been beneficial to me as a commercial real estate appraiser;

I was fortunate to have bought WMOP Radio station from Mr. Jim Kirk in 1993; for nearly four years, I was directly involved in the daily operations of the station, which included on-air personality, sales, personnel, accounting, etc; this was excellent experience in buying, operating, and selling a business;

After graduating with a business degree from Florida State University, I spent a year with Arline Appraisal Services, commercial real estate appraisers;LicensingState Certified General Real Estate AppraiserRZ 3102Certified General Appraiser as defined in Florida Statutes means "a person who is certified by the department as qualified to issue appraisal reports for any type of real property."
