Project Manager
Current• Creating and managing project plans for all application enhancements & fixes.• Manage a team of 10 – 20 application developers• Improve project prioritization, iterative development, and task management.• Ensure stakeholders are suitably involved in the iterative process and are kept fully-informed of project status and progress.• Drive improvements in the overall quality on all applications• Assisting in the identification and recruitment of suitably skilled and qualified project team members based on project needs.• Working with corporate management team, developers and technology management on scoping and estimating, resource allocation, risk analysis, etc. • Driving cross-functional team deliverables and schedules. Fostering a culture of accountability. • Establishing standards and guidelines for the development and release processes.• Facilitating core team discussions, and cross-functional design and status meetings.• Ensuring that stakeholders are kept fully-informed of project status and progress. • Collaborating closely with developers and managers during the complete product development lifecycle. • Managing open issues and working cross-functionally to determine solutions as necessary. • Providing weekly status updates on all projects, communicating and managing priorities with development teams
