Since 1992 in the Oil & Gas Industry mainly concentrating on and around Wellheads & X-mastree's, Surface and Shallow Water systems. Started as Field service technician to perform from preparation, installation, repair, work overs, re-entries, well integrity programs, SIT's etc On & offshore in many countries. after 10 years moved into the position of Service manager and being responsible for all workshop and field activities.After 7 years moved into the position of Project Manager for the first complex Shallow Water project which was installed and commissioned according expectations. After 2 years moved into the position of Base Manager in Schoonebeek and running the entire base with all his disciplines.After 3 years moved into the position of Area Manager UK & NL and being responsible for services and sales within several countries in Europe. After the merger early 2017 between Technip and FMC Technologies the organizational structure has changed as well as my role to Field Operations Manager NE & CIS covering many countries and organizations and looking after the following segments, Drilling & Completion, Pressure Control systems, Production systems.As our energy landscape is changing and evolving, I am since 2021 the BD Manager for Renewable Energies within TechnipFMC concentrating on Europe.Some additional information;Technical knowledge and used to work in a hectic and dynamic service and sales environment from ITT's up till aftermarket support and or even up to decommissioning. Managed small single projects and mayor complex projects across multiple countries. Completed multiple management and leadership training and courses in line with the positions/growth of the Company as well as my personal career path.
