Dick established his own records of success at the outset of his career in real estate. In his first 2 years in the business, Dick personally listed 223 single family homes and his sales volume set records of achievement throughout California. He founded All State Real Estate, which quickly became one of California's strongest forces in the real estate industry at the time, growing to 165 offices throughout CA, OR, WA, UT, AZ & NV. In 1981, Dick sold this company to ERA and became the CEO of Network Real Estate ERA in Northern California, where he grew this company to 50 offices in 18 months. He then became the owner/partner for a franchise rights company of ERA Real Estate in the Northwest. When Dick joined this company, they went from 56 offices to 102 offices and, in 1997, ERA bought back the franchise rights to the company. In addition to the above, Dick has also served as a lecturer, author and master instructor for the California Association of Realtors, taught for the Graduate Realtors Institute GRI program, traveled nationally and internationally presenting educational and motivational seminars, was an instructor for USC's real estate division, and lectured with Tom Hopkins seminars. Dick has established a reputation of professionalism and integrity, and has helped thousands of real estate licensees achieve greater success by sharing his passion for the industry and we are excited to have him as part of our Harcourts Point Loma Team.
