Reviewing and if possible improving processes to increase productivity and efficiency for Materials Management

Structuring processes in procurement results in reliable flows. In the end this means the customer service levels will increase (proven and sginificant). If we are also able to invoke allignment with suppliers (I had a dream of cooperation), the world will be an even better place ;-)
