The expansion provided the opportunity to implement strategic initiative which included opening a Commercial Lending Department, expanding into the Property and Casualty Insurance business and offering Investment Services.Participated in the hiring of our first Commercial Loan Department Senior Manager and worked with him to establish and expand the department.Implemented 401K plan for employees.Supervised two Data Center conversions.Negotiated the acquisition of our first Insurance Agency in February, 2000 and oversaw integration within bank. Through additional acquisitions grew revenues from $650,000 to $3.3 million.In 2001 negotiated contract with third party vendor to offer Investment Services and hired Investment Representative, who remains with bank today.From 1997 to 2004 participated in and oversaw the expansion of the bank's branch network beyond Stoneham to five additional communities.Directed the redesign of the Main Office Lobby in 2009 which allowed for the realignment of staff, resulting in monthly savings of 400 man hours.
