A series of break ins at my father's real estate office inspired me to design a system that would deter future occurrences. As a result of this success I ended up opening my own security company.Gill Security was founded in April of 1983 at my home in College Lakes with two employees. In 1990 we moved to our current headquarters at 818 Ramsey Street. Today we have 30 employees including eight full-time sales consultants working a 20-county area and 17 trained technicians. Gill Security protects residential and commercial accounts including federal, county and local government buildings, health care facilities, grocery stores, religious institutions, fast food chains and restaurants. Customer service has the highest priority at Gill Security. We have grown thanks to customer referrals. We are locally owned and operated and all callers are greeted by a real person - not an automated telephone service. Our company continues to evolve and uses top technology as it becomes available.
