* 1. Provides oversight and coordination of all Home Services new/remodel facility projects. Accountable for the planning and completion of each project. Identify and develop measurable objectives with property management and the assigned architects for each project. These may be in formats used by a contractor, a sub contractor, property management, architects, furniture designs, or a standard reporting form to Home Services. • Report the progress of projects to Home Services timely and in an understandable format. • Coordinate tasks with Home Services management and other key persons involved with a project. • Plans and coordinates the physical moves of all HS businesses, departments and employee groups. Coordinates with property management, IS, telecom and external vendors to assure the move objectives are successful.• Develop various methods of communication for all levels of HS management, property management and all others involved in the project. • Develops the specific cost aspects of the proformas related to build outs, repairs and remodels.• Ability to work closely with each HS Director and the HS Finance Director in the development of project budgets. Budgets may include staff time, capital equipment and other resources.• • Understand the decision making limitations of a project and provides Home Services management with questions and data to make these decisions. Communicates and discusses these decisions with appropriate members of a project for implementation.• Understands the decision making process by each of the project players to ensure they are in the best interest of Home Services.• Must be able to develop key relationships and become a credible part of a project.Must develop a mutual understanding of problems that are unique to Home Services. Must understand problem resolution and how it benefits Home Services and the entire organization.
