Provide on-site Medicare Accreditation surveys nationwide for initial and ongoing Outpatient Physical Therapy or Speech Pathology Rehab Agencies (OPT/OSP). Survey premises, interview staff and leadership, Review policies, activity logs, and practices to compare to Medicare Conditions of Participation and accreditation standards. Prepare and submit reports of such surveys, including recommendations concerning whether client meets standards.

Full responsibility for developing, staffing, planning and leading a 245 member cluster of teams in a $35 million gross, $7 million net piece of a five-hospital business. Included three acute care hospitals ~1,000 beds, an SNF, rehab professionals of a busy home health agency (HHA), five modern outpatient clinics, a children's hospital, and an inpatient rehabilitation hospital (IRF). Increased productivity, reduced turnover from 25% to 4% annually.

Administered corporate HR function (500 employees), recruiting up to 50 physical therapists per year. Spoke at many college PT programs, staffed and operated corporate presence booth at state and national professional conferences. Visited 125 contracted sites nationally. Conferred with employed site managers concerning their operational concerns, counseling them on problem solving. Operated group of 15 in-house traveling therapists to provide locum tenens staffing as needed, nationwide.
