Responsibilities:- Responsible for setting up and maintaining video, audio and remote network equipment for off-site legal depositions.- Worked with lawyers, witnesses and key stakeholders to ensure proper coverage of the depositions is achieved.- Established working relationships with my handlers and lawyers, both remotely and in person.Key Achievements:- Due to my professional attitude and dependability, I was often picked for multi-day depositions.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for working within a close-knit team that built and tested hundreds of mountain bike wheels a day.- Handled all aspects of assembly and quality control for the wheels going into our global market.- Guided tours of our secretive department for visiting VIP's, investors, sponsored athletes.Key Achievements:- Promoted from Level 1 (wheel taper) to Level 3 (master builder) within a year of employment.- Picked to build wheels for royalty (Queen Maxima of the Netherlands), and the Santa Cruz World-Cup race team.- Picked to help build and establish the early Santa Cruz Reserve Wheels workspace and inspected prototype rims.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for leading a small team of servers in normal restaurant duties, as well as managing the front-of-house.- Dealt with customer issues, special orders and management/server interactions.- Trained and ensured the whole team followed all food-safety regulations.Key Achievements:- Promoted from Server to Shift Lead within 4 months of employment.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Bike Dojo Summer Camp program, from camper transportation to riding instruction to planning daily activities and routes.- Led and managed a team of five coaches.- Acted as the liaison between campers, parents, coaches and the Bike Dojo owners.Key Achievements:- Promoted from Coach to Head Coach after one year with the camp.- Responsible for hundreds of returning campers and satisfied parents.- Due to parent/camper satisfaction with my teaching style, was able to continue coaching during non-summer months.

I helped design and market several new programs for our gym, developed relationships with companies that were interested in partnering, and increasing program awareness in our primary market.

I acted as the primary sales representative for our gym, pounding the pavement to establish healthy commercial relationships with local businesses and patrons.
