Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a three-machine fully integrated linerboard paper mill.

Responsible for establishing an enterprise-wide asset management strategy for the company's 4 coated paper manufacturing facilities. Also implementing reliability centered maintenance throughout the organization and participating on the various reliability best practice teams.

Responsible for a 700,000 ton/yr integrated coated & specialty paper manufacturing facility. Facility included 1000 employees, 5 paper machines, and a 150MW gas cogeneration plant. Annual operating budget of $500+million. Reduced facility consumable spending and improved production that resulted in a $84 million (inflation neutral) benefit over the last 3.

Managed a 380,000 ton/yr integrated linerboard and kraft papers paper mill with 480 employees and two paper machines.

Technical assistant to the division VP. Provided technical support for the 10 linerboard paper mills. Managed the $100 million division capital plan.
