• Serves as a senior advisor to the TTO Director, concerning space related matters. Ensures that TTO’s investment strategy reflects new technology areas. Recommends programs and research efforts which will assist in maintaining U.S. leadership in key technology areas. • Senior program specialist, providing professional level support and programmatic advice in the key areas and program initiatives. Develops performance mechanisms, including means and methodologies for acquiring data as well as modeling techniques, and analytical approaches needed to present program results. • Initiates analyses of major program areas linking the performance of programs critical to TTO objectives. Provides alternative recommendations to measure program performance in conjunction with TTO goals, programs and resource allocations in terms of results achieved. • Has both credibility across the government community and has a demonstrated track record of intimate knowledge and leadership within the Defense, Intelligence, Civil and Commercial Sectors including Defense and Intelligence special access programs.
