Responsible for the Parts Business transformation activities with contractor. Consisted of identification and development of business process solutions for all aspect of parts logistics. This includes material planning, purchasing, receiving, kitting/rework, warehousing,distribution, pricing, customer web portal, and financial support. Responsibilities also include closure of existing Philips facilities in Greeneville, Tn. Closure requires movement of 180k sq.ft. warehouse operation and $10m of inventory with minimized impact on customer service levels. Communication to suppliers and customers required identifying new contractor operational processes and locations. Supervision of 7 planning/purchasing analysts.

This included perpetual inventory management, handling, storage, and distribution systems. Works closely with IS department to minimize and react quickly to systems downtime, and to develop and implement systems corrections or enhancements.
