• Managing the delivery of Supply Chain Learning & Development activities for Operators and Technicians across the designated region of the organisation to develop competencies in support of the business priorities and in line with the Company’s human asset development ambitions.• Managing the implementation of shop-floor skills development for Operators and Technicians in the Supply Chain functions in the designated region according to designed curricular.• Designing and implementing training plan for the region aligned with company’s ambition.• Drive the development and implementation of Personal Development Plans for non-management employees in the designated regions.• Design and execute up-skilling training programs necessary to improve Production KPIs.• Identifies competency gaps of brewery operatives and incorporates relevant training components in training plan.• Support and guide the alignment of Job descriptions for Non-Management Brewing, Packaging, Maintenance, Utilities roles in the Technical division with the Business Functional Competency requirements.• Develop and deliver training materials based on defined Business Operational Functional Competencies.

Create and maintain a safe working environment; Align departmental strategy and goals with the business vision and create commitment among Packaging staff to deliver set targets; Manage packaging process to deliver business production plan within acceptable losses with optimum engagement of all Packaging staff; Sustain and improve product quality and ensure stable and reliable process parameters throughout packaging process; Ensure adequate both first line operation maintenance and manage delivery of top class maintenance services that would ensure Packaging Line availability and reliability; Contribute in Brewery Budget preparation and plan and deploy resources effectively to deliver all packaging process within budget
