It is a radio station that sends and receives messages by Morse code to and from ships at sea. This was the time I was called to sail on the Hughes Glomar Explorer in 1973.1973 ~ 1975 I was on the Hughes Glomar Explorer as Radio Officer. This is the ship that picked up the sunken Soviet submarine K-129.I am a retired Radio Electronics Officer while sailing on tankers in the merchant marine.
