I have over 30 years experience in the metal finishing industry, specializing in Zinc Phosphate, Zinc Electroplate, E-Coat, Powder Coat, Burnishing, Shot Blasting, Plastisol, Parts Cleaning, supplying Tier 1, 2, and 3 Automotive, Fastener, Heavy Truck, Appliance, HVAC, and Lawn and Garden Industries. I have wore many hats in my management career including, Second Shift Supervisor, HR, Safety, Production, Materials, Shipping/Receiving/Logistics, Maintenance, OSHA/TOSHA compliance, Project Management, P&L, Start up and New Project Management, Customer Service, Employee Development, Budgeting, Quoting, Forecasting, and Quality, to name a few. I have also assisted employees on the floor from cleaning to hanging parts on the line as needed. I have also been seen cleaning offices and bathrooms if that's what is needed as well.My philosophy is, "No job is too big or too small for anyone to do, no matter who you are." After all, our money is made on the floor and that's where we should be. As a "Hands On" Plant Manager, I was given the task to increase sales, promote safety, and cut labor, of a small start up company. I was instrumental in the growth from a 26,000 sq. ft. spec facility, into a 126,000 sq. ft. facility employing up to 185 employees, and finally assisted in setting the company up for acquisition.In another company that was on the border of being closed, I was instrumental in building and leading a team of high performers, in bringing that division back to profitability.
