I have over 30 years experience in the metal finishing industry, specializing in Zinc Phosphate, Zinc Electroplate, E-Coat, Powder Coat, Burnishing, Shot Blasting, Plastisol, Parts Cleaning, supplying Tier 1, 2, and 3 Automotive, Fastener, Heavy Truck, Appliance, HVAC, and Lawn and Garden Industries. I have wore many hats in my management career including, Second Shift Supervisor, HR, Safety, Production, Materials, Shipping/Receiving/Logistics, Maintenance, OSHA/TOSHA compliance, Project Management, P&L, Start up and New Project Management, Customer Service, Employee Development, Budgeting, Quoting, Forecasting, and Quality, to name a few.
