As Vice President of Supply Chain Management, manage the whole Supply Chain function including 2 GaN Fab Raw material and Equipment sourcing, OSAT(Outsourced Assembly & Test for back end) Sourcing and Commercial negotiation, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse functions for both Suzhou and ZhuHai FAB, in the meantime to support SZ Fab expansion plan (from current 6,000pcs/month to future ultimately 70,000pcs/month)Innoscience is the largest 8-inch Integrated Device Manufacture (IDM) fully focused on GaN technology in the world. We fully control and own the world-wide largest dedicated 8-inch GaN-on-Si wafers manufacturing capacity. Innoscience was founded on December 17, 2015 with two large 8-inch GaN-on-Si fabs equipped with the latest generation of (silicon) 8-inch production tools located in Zhuhai and Suzhou, today, Innoscience is the largest manufacturing site and Integrated Device Manufacture (IDM) fully focused on GaN technology in the world.

As Vice President of Supply Chain Managment, manage the whole Supply Chain function including Sourcing,Purchasing,Planning,Logistics and Warehouse functions for both current "GTA" Semiconductor Hong Cao Plant (formely as "ASMC" Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.Ltd) and "GTA" LingGang Plant, reporting to the company CEO directly.GTA LingGang plant is a new project with total investment of RMB35.9 Billion, which started since August 2018 with targetted equipment move in date of Dec.28,2019 and production pilot run start date of 04/01/2020.Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation Limited (“ASMC”) was initially incorporated as Shanghai Philips Semiconductor, a Sino-foreign joint venture established in 1988, which was renamed as Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited in 1995, reorganized into a foreign-invested joint stock company in 2004, merged by absorption into GTA Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ("GTA") in 2019.ASMC is a large-scale integrated circuit (“IC”) chip manufacturer, located at Caohejing Hi-Tech Park in Xuhui District Shanghai. At present, GTA(ASMC) possesses wafer production lines of 5-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch, with a leading dedicated analog foundry focusing primarily on the manufacturing of analog IC, and power discretes chips. Manage China Supplier Sourcing and Purchasing activities, directly report to President Refractory North Asia and CPO(Chief Purchasing Officer), cover purchasing activities for total 13 Vesuvius manufacturing plants in China (4 in Suzhou, 2 in Wuhan, 2 in Anshang, 2 in BRC, 1 in ChangShu, 1 in XiangFang,1 in TianJin)

Manage global Si commodity sourcing and purchasing activities for Suntech Power, direct report to Global SCM Snr. VP

Manage materials department of Cell and Module Busiiness unit, covering 6 functions including Si purchasing, Cell materials purchasing, Module materials purchasing, Planning, Cell warehouse and Module warehose, have total 6 section mgrs reporting to material director position with total team size at 500 HC;Direct report to Cell and Module Business Unit VP/GM, dotted line to Global Snr. SCM VP.
