My personal mission statement is "To Achieve Excellence Through Service to Others" I try to make a positive difference in people's lives on a daily basis. My business motto is, "To have fun, while making money, helping people." That's me in a nutshell. My real estate career has afforded me the opportunity to assist literally thousands of people solve their real estate problems and enhance their lives. I am passionate about helping people growth wealth through buying, selling and owning real estate.I believe in maintaining a positive mental attitude and actively managing that attitude throughout the day, knowing that patience, persistence and understanding, just like strain and struggle, come before success, even in the dictionary.I work hard at being a skilled listener, negotiator, and decision maker. I am known for my leadership skills, discipline, dependability for fulfilling commitments, insightful and perceptive market analysis. And... for my sense of humor. I try to provide cogent, salient real estate and political analysis to my audience.I have resolved to stay fit mentally & physically, which benefits me as well as my family.
