As a production manager, I have direct contact with clients in the institution's production environment. During the daily contact with the inmates, the work means that I contribute to the clients' learning but also to the supportive environment through participation in the client's treatment plan. I actively contribute to maintaining a good safety culture and a good cooperative climate. I participate in planning and documentation of inmates' enforcement. The work also includes administrative tasks such as costing, quotations, customer contacts, etc. Maintenance of premises, some ongoing machine maintenance and inventory management. The work is carried out to a large extent in collaboration with other professional categories within the Correctional Service, but also with external customers, forwarders and suppliers.
