• Technical liaison to Biomedical and PACS leadership in providing data, coordinating budget preparation and directing activities related to system integration.• Established, maintained, and updated all relevant technical policies, procedures, radiation safety, and quality standards in collaboration with radiology leadership.• Reviewed the technical performance and troubleshooted various clinical interface systems of Radiology (PACS, Radiant, and EPIC) with PACS Administrator and IT project manager.Selected Accomplishments:• Co-developed a program for tracking and monitoring major equipment utilization and replacement as the representative from Radiology in contrast media negotiations within CSC that resulted in yearly savings of over $100,000. • Developed key quality tracking measures from EPIC to monitor volumes and staffing requirements for improved efficiency and meeting targets.• Managed the project for the planning and implementation of Clinic Imaging modalities to convert to digital and on PACS that provided a savings in excess of $200K from budget.• Selected as representative from Radiology to coordinate with the various leaders in finance, purchasing and biomedical to ensure successful outcomes and timelines were achieved for radiology projects. Radiology

Responsible for management of the Radiology which included direct responsibility of key areas and modalities, as well as planning, organization and implementation of programs and initiatives. Provided oversight and direction of clinical and non-clinical services specific to Radiology, including staff development, quality assurance, process improvement, and radiation safety. Promoted effective resource utilization, maintained fiscal accountability, and kept current or exceeded industry trends/standards.
