Dick Bowers has 46 years of progressive experience in all facets of BankingDick Bowers success is derived from having worked for many talented bankers over my 46 years. My leadership came from 30 years in the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant and a tour in Viet Nam.Demonstrating leadership in all facets of banking is of the upmost importance.Leadership is a key priority for Dick.
