I am focusing my project management skills specifically to the electrical construction and service sector, working with new and existing clients in the facilities and construction fields.

Management of all design and construction phase services including estimating, design reviews, permit attainment, value engineering, scheduling, cost tracking and expenditure efficiency. Single point of contact for project decisions and issues on budget, scheduling, and quality control including recommendations on A/E and Contractor change orders and pay applications. Working closely with customers and user groups to mold reasonable expectations, while demonstrating commitment to meeting or exceeding expectations within the constraints of published budget and schedule requirements. Achieve results through appropriate risk taking through the use of flexibility and change of approach or methods to fit the situation. Use of cooperative and collaborative work efforts to attain win-win solutions. Able to maintain stable performance and emotions under opposition and stress. Management and design of small business and residential restoration and renovation.Oversight of all phases of work including permitting, construction and relocations.Development of feasibility studies for proposed projects including site analysis, evaluation & space utilization.

Managed a department of eight Project Managers and support staff. Coordinated project distribution and status reporting, budget development and tracking, process, procedure and policy development, training and administration.
