• New Treasury System implementation by leading a small development team (8+ developers) by converting the data from existing Kondor+/KTP systems using both C/C++, VB .Net and MS SQL server. • Treasury related reports and interfaces development, including credit risk monitoring reports, interfaces for SWIFT/CHATS, core banking, iMarket and Wealth Management System, etc.

• Implementing e-Statement system with for the local bank using Java EJB and JSP. Sophisticated automation and monitoring greatly reduce human intervention and operation errors. • Mobile Banking (Retail) System and Mobile Apps (iPhone & Android) for enabling and transforming the bank to from single e-channel to multi-channels. Using IBM mobile solution, quickly enable customer to use core bank functionalities, e.g. savings, current, transfer, and fixed deposit activities, etc.

• Implementing the Oversea Core Bank System (including trade finance, corporate / syndication loans) for overseas branches, e.g. New York, London and Sydney by using DB2, Java and integrating various data sources from IBM mainframe, Unix and PC systems.• Building Regulatory and Returns Reports for different regions including HKMA, MAS using Oracle ETL tools, stored procedures, Java Strut and Oracle BI tools with a small development team (20+ members).
