As freelance, I am currently dedicated to guiding companies during their digital transformation towards a customer centric automotive dealer organization by working with them on (software) policy implementation, strategy, methodology and governance to achieve competitive advantage and sustainability in the customer and digital era.In-company projects, workshops and trainings supporting automotive dealer networks and national sales organization during their CRM, B2B, B2C transformation towards customer journeys using DMS systems and interfaces connectiong OEM systems.

Reporting to the General Manager IS of Nissan Europe SAS. My responsibilities / merits are:- Primary task is to perform-, validate-, align- business analysis/project plans in the field of (after-) sales with the aim of adding to the collective fund of knowledge in the area of service technical information and Sales & marketing applications for Nissan / INFINITI / DATSUN dealers in 29 countries of Europe.- Delivery and support of B2C applications and data feeds to social media applications through API management and Master Data Management.- Participating in/driving cross functional teams (architecture / APIM / software development) to define and support the digital transition from web to mobile applications.- Initiate and Participate and V-Up / V-FAST (Nissan LEAN Framework 6 σ) to identify and define business cases and (cross) functional business requirements before being included in the product backlog/overall roadmap/projects.- Supervise and coach Scrum teams (as scrum master) responsible for developing a B2B / B2C web applications. These applications are product variations on extended warranty (EW) and service contracts (SC) for owners of Nissan / INIFINITI and DATSUN in 29 countries.

Reporting to the General Manager IS of Nissan Europe SAS. My responsibilities/merits are:- Perform/validate business analysis in the field of (after-) sales to re-engineer/remediate/enhance existing business processes and concerning systems..- Delivery and support of B2B portal applications (Agile) in the area of after sales – service technical information.- Support and advice data communications infrastructure teams to align security profiles with B2B applications for dealers, independent repairers (IMT), suppliers, transporters and European road movers.- Delivery and support of Dealer Management System interfaces with Nissan's central systems (PMP framework: PM-WAY2) covering multiple DMS vendors (in multiple countries) and 70% of dealer population.- Define the concept (with CEO of Nissan Insurance International) and conduct business analyses to build and maintain a B2B / B2C web application (according to PMP framework: PM-WAY2) that provides extended warranty (EW) and service contracts (SC) to the owners of Nissan / INIFINITI and DATSUN vehicles through the dealer channels.- Delivery of B2C application integration (Agile) with the central systems to inform vehicle owners about Nissan products and services, service-, repair- quotations (menu-pricing) and dealer appointments.- Delivery of data feed for augmented reality applications (according to: PMP framework: PM-WAY2) in conjunction with the media system in the car and customers mobile devices.- Developing and supporting Battery Management System for electric vehicles to share usage data from the EV (via SMS-based) interfaces with Nissan central systems.- Manager ISD for Nissan France SAS.

Reporting to the regional CIO of Nissan Europe SAS. My responsibilities/merits are:- Manage the annual project portfolio including the project- and ongoing- budgets.- Monitor project priorities, sequence and business benefits following Nissan’s KANBAN planning method.- Monitor the progress of the projects and organize portfolio review session when needed.- Manage the budget approval/allocation processes and monitor budget status on a monthly basis. - Participate in cross functional teams of the Renault/Nissan alliance office to agree and define scale of economies in the area of IS/IT portfolio management and budget management.- Participate in quarterly portfolio- and budget- reviews between the three regional headquarters (Asia, America and Europe) to find scale of economies recognizing cross regional solutions and funding opportunities.

Reporting to the Corporate Support Director. I was fully responsible for the automation of Nissan Motor Nederland BV and its dealers. - Propose, agree (with the board) and execute the short-, medium-, long-term information strategy including accompanying budgets.- Delivery and operational support of one homologated Dealer Management System and associated car configuration system to all 172 dealers in the Netherlands at a fixed monthly fee. - Replacement a variety of mainframes, mini computers and solitaire PCs (and applications) with a uniform and fully integrated system able to support E-commerce, e-business strategies and integration of DMS. - This integration included car and spare parts orders, deliveries and further follow-up of the products in their life cycle.- Conduct a thorough reorganization of the ISD department, reducing the number of employees from 40 to 18 and ISD budget with 65%. - Advice the CEO (in a steering committee) with the reorganization of Nissan Motor Netherlands to connect with the new digital possibilities and quota Dealer support and driving. HOSHIN KANRI was used to coherently define Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies and Tactics.- Initiated and lead discussions with the dealer council and NMNBV board to replace the legacy DMS (NISDEAL) for a new generation of DMS (ADP EVA) that provides dealers with a better connection to third parties and interoperability.

Mijn verantwoordelijkheid als Business Unit Manager, rapporterend aan de vestiging directeur van CIRCLE BV, waren het vergemakkelijken dan wel mogelijk maken van de overstap van verouderde bancaire applicaties en computer systemen naar een nieuwe generatie bancaire software zoals in de markt gebracht en aangeboden door CIRCLE BV. Hierbij ontwikkelde ik migratie producten en diensten voor financiele instellingen. Tasking BV ontwikkelde Unix (PHINIX) voor verouderde Philips computers waarop een transparantie laag de oude applicaties (Credit) ondersteunde naast de nieuwe in C ontwikkelde toepassingen.

Rapporterend aan de senior accountmanager van Philips Data Systems Bancaire systemen. Mijn taken waren. Het ondersteunen van diverse account teams in het verwerven van opdrachten bij bancaire- en financiële- instellingen. Mijn specialisme was systeem- en keten- integratie inclusief bijbehorende strategieën, tactieken, architectuur, gereedschappen en software ontwikkeling.

Mijn taken waren. Het ontwikkelen van bancaire toepassingsprogrammatuur, patches en utiliteit programma’s voor Philips operating systemen. Daarnaast heb ik de aansturing van harde schijven van een Philips computer voorzien van RAID technieken om de opslag media betrouwbaar te maken. Het implementeren van de internationale data communicatie standaard ISO-7 voor Philips mini computers. Het ontwikkelen van een tussen laag ten behoeve van de RABO bank om Philips computer apparatuur integreren met alle bij de RABO bank (Rabo Protocol standaard) in gebruik zijnde decentrale computers en geld automaten. Het ontwikkelen van vele gebruikers toepassingen voor postkantoren, belasting kantoren en bank kantoren op Philips apparatuur.

Amsterdam En Omgeving, Nederland

Mijn taken waren: Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van conversie programmatuur. Deze werkzaamheden waren er op gericht om een medische data bank (thesaurus: Excerpta Medica) te onderhouden. Daaropvolgend kreeg ik als taak om in een development team te werken aan het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van de automatisering van de decentrale arbeidskantoren (in opdracht van het ministerie van binnenlandse zaken) welke geïntegreerd en geconsolideerd werden op een centrale Philips computer en Philips infrastructuur. Als laatste heb ik toepassingen ontwikkeld voor Philips Data System om een nieuwe beeld/geluid technologie (de voorloper van de CD/DVD) van Philips Eindhoven (genaamd: Disc Optical Recorder) geschikt te maken voor data opslag en het vervolgens toegankelijk maken voor software toepassingen. De eerste klant was het bevolkingsregister Gooi- en Eems- landen.
