Senior Maritime Analyst supporting North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) in Maritime Current Operations - Research and analyze maritime events, issues and concerns to provide awareness, solutions, assessments and recommendations in support of NORAD's Maritime Warning mission.- Prepare informational papers and oral presentations to maritime stakeholders internally and with external partners.

Directs Command Center Operations Combining Intelligence, Air, Land, Maritime, Cyber, Missile and Space activities around the world, to include intentional acts, natural and man-made disasters. Support readiness and execution of NORAD-USNORTHCOM operations, providing senior leaders with immediate, precise and decisive assessments of events and potential threats. Oversaw the creation of this new organization. Supervised 12 direct reports as second in command of organization of 1200 employees. Executed annual budget of $72M. Led efforts to develop and implement plans to take over facilities management of Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Africa. Oversaw management of all U.S. Navy shore installations in the Central Command area of responsibility (Middle East and Northern Africa).

Led 130 military, civilian and contract employees and managed 32 facilities over a 5 state region. Managed all aspects of operations for officer and enlisted recruiting. Planned, organized and executed the successful consolidation of active duty and reserve component recruiting efforts. Executed a $1M annual budget.

Oversaw developmental and operational testing of more than 30 Navy and joint service acquisition programs. Reviewed requirements documents and test and evaluation master plans to ensure all requirements were adequately defined and tested. Oversaw annual budget execution of $9M funding line.

Oversaw scheduling of crews and aircraft to ensure all crews were properly trained and currency requirements were maintained. Responsible for execution of $550K of annual operating funds. Responsible for all aspects of shipboard aviation operations and safety, overseeing aircraft maintenance, crew training, and operational proficiency.
