I act and advise clients on all aspects of banking and finance litigation, property disputes, restructuring, insolvency and general commercial disputes. With more than 14 years’ experience working closely with clients across a range of industries, my focus is always on finding practical solutions to disputes so that my clients can get on with their core business.I started my legal career as a lawyer at Minter Ellison. After taking a 6 month leave of absence to travel around the USA, I returned home to Melbourne and joined Hall & Wilcox which is, and continues to be, a nimble and fast growing national firm.I advise clients on all aspects of:• banking and finance litigation • security enforcement • leasing and sale of land disputes• insolvency, including restructuring, workouts and formal appointments • general commercial disputesI am experienced in acting for clients in strategically important litigation matters, as well as in a variety of smaller scale disputes.
